What is it for ?
The Competition Mental Kit is an educational kit allowing tennis coaches to introduce mental training during training sessions on court with players, in a fun, practical and efficient way. With the Competition mental kit, mental training can easily be combined with technico-tactical and physical training. The detailed "How to" of each element of the kit is explained in the Tennis Mental Kit Method ( provided with the kit ), through numerous illustrations and drills. The method also contains in the appendixes a table of mental training planification according to the ages, mental tests for kids in order to prepare them to competition and an assessment table in order to analyse the game of the players.
