What is it ?
The Concentration kit includes 7 items :
1/ three micro-balls
2/ three foam balls
3/ one large Z-ball and one small Z-ball
4/ one shooting ball
5/ one pair of anti-noise earmuffs
6/ four round yellow markers with the « concentration routine in four steps » of 25 cm diameter
7/ six black and colour shock absorbers with key-words « Relax » on one side and « Move » on the other

To use the concentration kit in an optimal way, purchase of the TMK Method is highly recommended.

What is it for ?
The concentration kit enable the coaches to stimulate the visual concentration of the players through different teaching tools ( special balls, earmuffs ) but also to help them to set a solid and efficient concentration routine between points, thanks to the 4 steps markers and the special shock absobers. Tle last two tools can be easily used during basket drills or when players are playings points.
