ORGANISATION

Girod Tennis Mental Academy organises Mental Training Certification Courses for tennis coaches on demand for Tennis Federations and Tennis Academies. These courses are delivered in english as well as in french all over the world.

The Mental Training Certification Courses run over three levels : Level 1 (three days), Level 2 (three days) and Level 3 (three days). The last half day of each level is dedicated to graduation including quizz, case studies and practical application of mental training on court. To assist Level 2, coaches must have been previously graduated in Level 1. And to assist level 3, they must have been previously graduated in Level 2.

Video analysis and bio feedback softwares, online self evaluation tests, video editing softwares, mind mapping and time management softwares,TMK coaches mental kit, TMK method including more than 40 on court drills
